Cathedral Window Jelly
I have tried this once without the proper Jelly with flavours and it was not very successful. So this time, I need to follow to the dot (if I can).
For the colour flavoured jelly, I used 3 types (3-4 is good mix)
1 packet 85grams or 3oz LIME flavored gelatin
1 packet 85grams or 3oz LEMON flavored gelatin
1 packet 85grams or 3oz STRAWBERRY flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water per 3 oz box
1/3 cup cold water per 3 oz box
FOR CREAM JELLY
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 cup water to dissolve gelatin
1 cup hot water
or
Here are some reference I have watched and listened to, they do give some good tips.
For the Ingredients This are the seven flavour of Jelly that I use but you don't have to have 7 flavour jelly 3-7 flavour will do but you need to have 7 boxes of jelly .

Dissolve in 1 cup boiling water then 100 ml of cold water (instead of 200 ml cold water)
