For Healthy Recipes and Menu, the options are Vegetarian or Vegan. The main concept is that meat protein can cause inflammation wtithin the body and also many other reasons as well. For me, as long as the recipes are yummy and delicious, pleasing to the taste buds and stomach gut system, that is after food consumption, the stomach is singing because of the lightness and not singing due to bloated gas. My wish for healthy or healthier options recipes and menu is that they are yummilicious and feel-good to eat and to digest.

Vegetarian and Vegan are close cousins. They are easily from both categories, On the other hand, many of the meat dishes can be vegetarian by just substituting the meat with vegan bites or obmitting the meat, such as the Korean Japchae (Chap Chae).
