Red Velvet Cake - BWM Premix Pack



Red Velvet Cake 
200gm Butter
250 gm Double Cream
5 Eggs (250 gm)
200-250 gm Sugar (180 gm for very less sweet)
250 gm BWM Red Velvet Mix

Best all wet ingredients (including sugar) until dissolved and well blended.
Add in Flour and blend for 15 seconds.
Pour in 9 inches round mould.

Bake 150 C 50-55 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting 

200 gm Cream Cheese
200 gm Icing Sugar
1 Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Vanilla
(If thin layer, can over 4 cakes)

Ingredients:

  • 250gm Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 200gm egg
  • 65 ml water
  • 65gm Butter (melted)

  • Creamcheese Icing
  • 1 block Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 130gm icing sugar
Method:
  1. Whisk on top speed red velvet cake mix, eggs and water for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Fold in melted butter slowly for 1/2 minute.
  3. Pour the batter into a 9″ round lined mold.
  4. Bake at 180c for 40-50 minutes.
