Banana Bread Cake Recipes


BANANA BREAD LOAF 香蕉土司麵包 | Apron 高筋面粉 bread flour 350g / 2,1/3cup 细砂糖 caster sugar 30g / 4Tbsp 盐 salt 1tsp 奶粉 milk powder 2Tbsp 香蕉 banana 1 / 100g 全蛋 whole egg 1(55g+- per egg) 鮮奶 fresh milk 70ml+- 即溶酵母 instant yeast 1/2Tbsp 無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 40g / 3Tbsp 长模 Pan size 22cm x 6cm x 10cm 2 摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 17-20分钟 Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 17-20 minutes




Ingredient List: * 1/8 cup sugar + cinnamon for the loaf pan * 1 large very ripe banana (or 2 small bananas) * 1 egg with enough milk to make 1 cup * 1 stick of butter, softened (I used unsalted) * 1 t. vanilla extract * 1 cup sugar * 1 1/2 cups flour * 1 t. baking soda * a dash of cinnamon (optional) * walnuts (optional) - I used 1/2 cup

Ingredient List: * 2 cups Flour * 1 teaspoon Baking Soda * 1 teaspoon Baking Powder * 1/2 teaspoon Salt * 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon * 1 stick Butter, at room temperature * 1/2 cup White Sugar * 1/2 cup Brown Sugar * 2 Eggs * 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract * 1 1/2 cups mashed Bananas (about 2 to 3 over-ripe bananas) * 1/2 cup Milk (I used almond milk) * Optional: 1/2 cup nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)

Here's the recipe: (Lisa doubled it in this video) In a large bowl mix: 1/2c salted butter, softened 1c sugar 2 eggs 1c mashed bananas 1/2t vanilla 1/2c sour cream 2c sifted all-purpose flour 1t baking powder 1/2t salt 1t baking soda Mix until smooth like a thick cake batter. For topping mix in a separate bowl: 1/2c chopped pecans 1/2c sugar 1/2t cinnamon -In a greased loaf pan put most of the topping mix in the bottom. -Add mixture of bread batter. -Add remaining dry topping to top of bread batter - oven at 350 for 1 hour - when it comes out it will have a sugary crust on the bottom. It is best sliced warm with butter on each slice. It's good even if it's not warm, by the way!
