Topping Ingredients:
42 grams unsalted butter, softened
65 grams powdered sugar
47 grams egg (about one large egg)
2 grams (½ tsp) vanilla extract
55 grams cake flour
5g Instant Coffee Powder
5g Hot Water
5g Hot Water

5g Hot Water
35g Unsalted Butter (Soften)
35g Castor Sugar
½ Egg (27-30g)

- Knead for 10 minutes
- 30g Unsalted butter
- Knead for 10 minutes
- Rise for 1 hour
- Knead for 1 minute
- Wait for 15 minutes

- Rise for 35 minutes

- 5ml Hot water
- 1/2 Egg

- 40g All purpose flour
- 40g Unsalted butter
- Bake at 180℃ for 18 minutes
