=Fillings= (5g x 6pcs) Total 30g Salted Butter (Cold) Topping Ingredients: 42 grams unsalted butter, softened 65 grams powdered sugar 47 grams egg (about one large egg) 2 grams (½ tsp) vanilla extract 55 grams cake flour
5g Instant Coffee Powder
5g Hot Water

=Coffee Biscuit=
3g Instant Coffee Powder
5g Hot Water
35g Unsalted Butter (Soften)
35g Castor Sugar
½ Egg (27-30g)
35g Low Protein Flour/Cake Flour

●DOUGH:
- 110ml Milk
- 25g Sugar
- 4g Instant dry yeast
- 1/2 Egg
- 200g Bread flour
- 3g Salt
- Knead for 10 minutes
- 30g Unsalted butter
- Knead for 10 minutes
- Rise for 1 hour
- Knead for 1 minute
- Wait for 15 minutes
- 3g Salted butter
- Rise for 35 minutes

●TOPPING:
- 3g Instant coffee
- 5ml Hot water
- 1/2 Egg
- 35g Powdered sugar
- 40g All purpose flour
- 40g Unsalted butter
- Bake at 180℃ for 18 minutes
