Oat Burger





Ingredients 

1/2 Cup Cashew 

3 Cups Water

- Blend Cashew Nuts and Water


2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Thyme / Oregano

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Salt

3 Tbsp Yeast Flakes

1 Tbsp Molasses

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1 Onion diced

1 Celery Stalk, diced

1/2 Carrot diced

3-4 Pcs Mushrooms

- Put all into pot and cook for 5 mins.


3 Cups Quick Oats

1/2 Cup Walnut - chopped

- Lastly put in and let it soak up the liquid.


Method

1. Blend Cashew with water.

2. Place all ingredients in a saucepan except oats and walnuts. Simmer for 5 mins.

3. Remove from hear, stir in oats and walnuts. Let it cool.

4. Shape into burger patties (oil hands). Place on baking sheets.

5. Bake at 175 C for 25039 mins. Or fry on a non-stick pan till brown on both sides.

6. Assemble your burger with lettuce, avacado slices, tomoto and mayo.
