 Stir-fried Noodles with Assorted Vegetables




Ingredients :-

2 Cups Brown Rice Ramen or Noodles

2 Pieces Mushroom

1/4 Cup Onion

1/4 Cup Garlic

1/4 Cup Carrot

1/4 Cup Cabbage / Tomatoes 

Seasongs :-

1/2 tps Salt

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Bragg's)

1 Tbsp Black Bean Soy Sauce

To add last as garnish :-

2 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast 

Method :-

1. Finely slice onion and carrot. Soak mushroom till soft (keep water), shred cabbages.

2. Dip cooked brown rice noodle into icy water for 20 seconds to stop the cooking.

3. Place mushrooms, onion, cabbages, carrot and seasoning in a sauce pan and cook them with half cup of water. Can use the water that is use to soak mushroom.

4. Mix Noodles with teh cooked vegetables and serve hot.
