Walnut Vegan Pattie - Stuffing
Walnut Vegan Pattie
5 pcs Tofu (mashed)
1/4 Cup Walnut (Chopped)
2 Tb Fine TVP (Soaked)
4 Tb Flour
2 Red Onions (Medium)
2 Tb Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tb Nutritional Yeast
Put all into a mixer and blend well till smooth.
Scope the pattie / stuffing onto eggplants or vegetable or taufu.
Bake 170 C 20 mins
Note : my oven made them a bit too brown, should be lesser temperature and shorter time 15 mins.
