Churros - Baked Version

Churros is a Mexican desserts that have found its way into our specail sweets and dessert list. Being a new comer, they are labelled as A list dessert, something that can be eaten hot or cold, dip in hot chocolate or with ice cream. This Churros is non-fried and using baking method! Yippie ! Sounds much easier to control. Inpired by Bigger Bolder Baker

Hot Chocolate :-
6 Oz / 1 Cup / 180 gm Bittersweet Chocolate (58% cacao) choppoed
1 1/2 Cups / 20 Oz / 570 ml Milk
1/2 tsp Corn flour (mix with 2 tsp of water)
1/4 tsp Vanilla

Bring milk to simmer, add in chopped chocolate, add in corn flour mixture.
Cook till it bubbles, reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes, whisking.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

First Attempt : FAILED, forgot the water. I added them at the very end only 1/2 Cup instead of 2 Cups, cooked a minute in microwave oven, more lumps, use blender to make it smooth. The list confused me a bit.
