Chocolate Sponge Pre-mixed Recipe

 



250 gm Sponge Cake Mix (Bake with me)

3 Eggs A size (185 gm) Eggs 

50 ml Water

75 gm Melted Butter or Canola Oil

1 tsp Vanilla Essence


  1. Blend Sponge Cake Mix, Eggs, Water at high speed 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add in the melted butter or Canola Oil while whisking manually.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes 180 C 
If the eggs is lesser weight, compensate with 10 ml water.
