Chocolate Sponge Pre-mixed Recipe
3 Eggs A size (185 gm) Eggs
50 ml Water
75 gm Melted Butter or Canola Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Blend Sponge Cake Mix, Eggs, Water at high speed 5-6 minutes.
- Add in the melted butter or Canola Oil while whisking manually.
- Bake 40-45 minutes 180 C
If the eggs is lesser weight, compensate with 10 ml water.
