Cooking for Uni Students

The benefits of staying nearby to pursue education are :-

1) Home is just hours of flight away and you can come home most holidays
2) Home cooked food is possible with the help bulk cooking and freezer

So now, all three boys are in Universities, two of them are staying in Kuala Lumpur. Whenever they come back or I go over to meet them, I will bring frozen food for them. If they are lucky that I can find time to cook for them, they may get :-

Roast Chickens
Pork Chops
Chicken Kiev (my style)

and not to forget the famous Hakka Shu-Gen (Pork Spring Roll) ready to cook in a soup or with instant noodle.
