A Week Menu for Bel

Today has been a crazy day of food preparation just because I would be away for a week and leaving my girl "home-alone" with the maid. I just feel that I need to ready some food for her daily consumption. Also, tonight there is a birthday for grandma Teresa and a graduation celebration for Abigail Chin, so that calls for Cake and Desserts.

Believe it or not, I actually set out a long To-Do-List which I could not complete, but I managed to prepared all the food except one item! As for packing and sorting out GB stuff, it was zero! However, I did complete the Gold Completer Assignment for Cadets and Juniors.

1) Cathedral Jelly
2) Red Velvet Cake
3) Buy Cream cheese ?
4) Make Granola
5) Roast Chicken or Cook Fish Pie or Meat Balls with White sauce
6) Pack China trip clothings
7) Pack GB stuff esp Cert, Record Books to bring over tomorrow.

  • Brunch - Ham, Egg, Tomatoes, Toast, Pumpkin Soup
  • Snack - Cracker & Cream Cheese, Oat soaked in Goodies, Orange Yoghart Drink
  • Dinner - Roast Chicken (from top freezer- need to take down earlier to defrost), Pumpkin Soup, Salad
  • Piano & Vocal Class

5  Nov Tuesday 
  • Brunch - Beef Balls Cheesy Sauce with Pasta, Salad
  • Snack - Bun, Orange Yoghart drink
  • Kumon 
  • Dinner - Pumpkin Soup, Rendang Chicken 
    6  Nov Wednesday
    • Brunch  - Granola with yoghart, Egg with toast
    • Chinese Tuition
    • Snack - Croissant
    • Dinner - Fried Fish , Sweet Corn Soup (Ask maid to cook)
    7  Nov Thursday
    • Brunch - Roast Chicken Breast, Roast Thin Potatoes (Tong Hing) - Take out from Big Freezer the night before to defrost. Arrange in round tray, potatoes outside, Roast 30 mins at 170 C
    • Kumon 
    • Snack - Cracker & Cream Cheese, Orange Yoghart Drink
    • Dinner - Beef Balls Cheesy Sauce with Pasta, Salad

    • 8  Nov Friday 
    • Breakfast- Granola with Yoghart, Egg with Toast
    • SCHOOL DAY
    • Snack - Cracker & Cream Cheese, Orange Yoghart Drink
    • Ballet 
    • Supper - Roast Chicken (from top freezer- need to take down earlier to defrost), Pumpkin Soup, Salad
    9  Nov Saturday
    • Brunch - Ham, Egg, Tomatoes, Toast
    • Snack - Cracker & Cream Cheese, Orange Yogurt Drink
    • Dinner  - Out with Mum & Dad (Supper) we arrive 6pm
