Chicken chop & fried rice top with turkey ham, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Another yummilicious comfort food for whole family. This recipe cater for servings up to 5 pax.

CARROT CUBES 红萝卜粒 (100g)
COOKED CORN KERNELS 烫熟粟米粒(80g)
DICED WHITE ONION 洋葱剁碎 (200g)
MARINATE:-
CHICKEN CHOP 鸡腿肉 (1 PC)
SOY SAUCE 酱油 (2 TBSP)
GROUND BLACK PEPPER 黑胡椒 (FEW DASH)
SUGAR 糖 (1 TSP)
SALT 盐 (1/2 TSP)
CORN FLOUR 粟米粉 (2 TBSP)
MARINATE FOR 30 MIN 腌制30分钟
TURKEY HAM 火鸡火腿 (4 SLICES)
CUT INTO SMALL PIECES 切成小块
EGGS 鸡蛋 (2) SEASON WITH WHITE PEPPER 胡椒粉 & SALT盐
LIGHTLY BEATEN 打散
SPAGHETTI SAUCE 意粉茄汁酱(1 CAN 300g)
TOMATO SAUCE 茄汁 (3 TBSP)
SUGAR 糖 (1 TBSP)
GROUND BLACK PEPPER 黑胡椒 (1/2 TSP)
SOY SAUCE 酱油 (1 TBSP)
MIX WELL 拌匀
IN A WOK, ADD IN COOKING OIL 油 (1 TBSP)
PAN FRY TURKEY HAM 煎火鸡火腿
REMOVE & SET ASIDE 备用
ADD IN WHITE ONION 加入洋葱 (2 TBSP)
COOKED RICE 饭 (600g)
ADD IN BEATEN EGGS 加入蛋
FEW DASHES OF SALT 一点盐
CORN KERNELS 粟米粒
SOME TURKEY HAM 一点火腿
TRANSFER TO BAKING TRAY 转放在烤盘
IN A WOK, ADD IN COOKING OIL 油 (2 TBSP)
STIR FRY REMAINING WHITE ONION 炒香洋葱
CARROT 红萝卜
ADD IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 酱汁
COVER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT (15 MIN) 盖锅中小火煮
CHOP PARSLEY 欧芹叶( 1 TBSP)
REMOVE & SET ASIDE 备用
PAN FRY CHICKEN CHOP 煎鸡扒
CHOP INTO PIECES 切块
ARRANGE TURKEY HAM ON TOP OF RICE 铺上火腿
CHICKEN PIECES 鸡块
SPREAD SAUCE 酱汁
SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE 芝士(175g)
PARSLEY 欧芹叶
BLACK PEPPER 少许黑胡椒
PREHEAT OVEN 预热烤箱 (180°C)
BAKE 焗烤 (10-15MIN)
She also watched another video, which I told her it is like "Carbonara" version with milk in the recipe. The above Youtube is more like "Bolognese" style with tomato puree.
She decided on trying the "Bolognese"version. She added in prawns since we have them.
100g Carrot cubes
80g cooked corn kernels
200g diced white onion
