Oyster Sauce
Rice Wine
Dark Sweet Soya Sauce
Salt
Sugar
Pepper

1) Fry garlic till fragant, add in abalone.
2) Put in marinated drumstick (oyster sauce, wine), add in the sauces
3) Pour in mushroom. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
