Chocolate Lava Cake

May be I could try using the Chocolate Moist Cake Premix for this.

Ingredients:

• 500gm BWY chocolate lava cake premix
• 200gm eggs (about 4 nos eggs)
• 180gm corn oil
• 150ml water

Method:

1.Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.

2.Spoon batter into paper cups until ¾ full.

3.Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.

4.Invert on individual plates while warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
