Nutty Crispy Florentine
The magic of this sweet nutty crispy is Florentine. What is Florentine? I guess it is a sweet syrup binding the nuts as it melts under heat.

Nutty Crispy Florentine
Ingredients:
- 500gm Florentine Mix
- 1kg nuts & seed(mixed)
Method:
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using sifter, spread the Florentine Mix on baking tray evenly.
- Spread the nuts and seeds evenly on top
- Spread some Florentine Mix on top the nuts and seeds.
- Preheat oven to 170 C and bake for 8-12 minutes until its turns golden brown.
- Cut into square while hot

Ingredients:
- 500gm Bienex florentine mix
- 250gm almond slice
- 500gm green pumpkin seeds
- 500gm sunflower seeds
- 1 pcs silicon paper
Method:
- Line baking tray with silicon paper.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread a thin layer of mixture onto baking tray evenly. Bake at 190°C for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on individual oven and the thickness of the almond brittle, adjust accordingly.
- Cut right after they come out from the oven. The brittle will shatter easily once cool.
- Store immediately in airtight container after cooled.
