Tuna Cheesy Tarts

Ingredients:
- 2 rolls BWY tart shells (small)
- 185gm C-Chef tuna flakes (drained)
- ½ cup corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
- ½ medium red capsicum (finely diced)
- 30gm Mama Lena cheddar cheese (grated)
- 3 nos eggs
- ½ cup Meadow Fresh milk
- Salt and pepper for flavouring
Method:
1.Arrange tart shells on baking tray, put aside.
2.Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
3.Add in tuna, corn, parsley, capsicum, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4.Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each tart shell.
5.Preheated oven at 170°C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and puffed. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
