Muesli Bread using Bread Machine

300 ml Apple Juice

1 Egg (small)

25 gm Butter (room temperature)

1 pinch Salt

2 Tbsp Milk Powder

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

125 gm Muesli (with fruit & extra for garnish on top)

425 gm Strong Bread Flour

60 gm Brown Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Milk for brushing

1. Using Bread Machine, add all the ingredients in the order of the above, except the milk and extra muesli for garnish, and set the program to "Basic White Bread".
2. After the machine work on the dough, just before baking starts, brush with milk and sprinkle with extra muesli.
