Wholemeal Bread - Bread Machine or hand-knead

I got this recipe from my sister in law, Rebecca, who bakes this regularly on her bread machine. 

250 gm Bread Flour

250 gm Wholemeal Bread Flour

1 tsp Salt

200 ml Water

120 ml Milk

1 tsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Oil

7 gm Dried Yeast

Mix salt to flour lightly.

Mix sugar into Water, milk, oil. 

Add in yeast to liquid mixture.

Pour in flour, work on liquid into flour using fork.

Spread oil on surface, oil hand and dust with flour and knead.

Alternatively, pour the flour and oil into Bread Machine and then add in liquid ingredients.

For Half Portion :-  

150 gm Bread Flour

150 gm Wholemeal Bread Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

120 ml Water

70 ml Milk

1/2 tsp Sugar

1/2 Tbsp Oil

4 gm Dried Yeast
