Making Salad Dressings

Easy Dressing :-

3 portion Extra Virgin Oil

1 portion Acid - Vinegar, Lemon Juice

pinch Salt & Pepper

(Make it slightly salty and slightly acidic)

Variations :-

Add 1 tsp of Mustard (French Dressing)

Add 1 tbsp of Yoghart (optional) 

Dont over-dress the salad, the acid may cook the salad

Salad Dressing :- 

• Equal parts olive oil and lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• Tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast (hippie dust)
• Black pepper to taste
