50 gm Butter (salted)

50 gm Cake Flour

3 Egg Yolks

55 ml Milk


3 Egg Whites

50 gm Sugar

6 gm Cornstarch


Put at lower rack

140 C - 25 mins (no fan)

170 C - 25 mins (with fan)


To cool - Turn upside down before taking cake out.
