Baked Lemon Sauce Fish
Baked Fish with Creamy Lemon Sauce
This is a recipe using Dory Fish or white fish with simple ingredients.
Lemon Zest and Juice separated, slice them up and use to marinate and bake
2 Large Fish Fillets
50 gm Butter
4 cloves Garlic
1 cm Sliced Ginger
1 Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
2 -3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Sugar (if too sour)
1) Season salt and pepper on both side of fish, lay on baking dish
2) Either fry the above or microwave them to mix up
3) Pour on top of fish
4) Sprinkle Parsley or
5) Bake 200 C - 10-15 mins

- 4 x 150- 180g / 5 - 6 oz fish fillets , about 1.5cm / 1/2" thick, skinless and boneless (Note 1)
- 50g / 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cream, heavy / thickened (See Note 2 for sub options)
- 1 - 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp eschallots (French onion) , finely chopped (Note 3)
- Fresh parsley and lemon slices , to serve
