New York Cheesecake with biscuits base

 

Creative and time saving idea for making New York Cheesecake.
Instead of using crumbs, I use Oreo and different varieties of round biscuits, put each biscuit on the paper muffin, pour the cheese filling and bake the muffins on muffin tin for about 30mins @ 180 degrees C.
New York Cheesecake Filling:
2 cups sour cream (I use yoghurt)
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs, lightly beten
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Finely grated zest of 1 orange or lemon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 180 C
Process the sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and salt in a food processor or blender until very smooth. Add vanilla and orange or lemon zest and process just to blend. Makes about 24 cheesecake muffins. The muffins freeze well.


Pour OREO at the bottom.
