Vegan Cheese and Onion Crackers

INGREDIENTS
Onion Crackers
2 cups almond flour
3 Tbsp onion powder
3 Tbsp water
1 tsp Braggs liquid amino acids
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Vegan Cheese
5 tsp powdered agar agar or 5 Tbsp flakes
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix cracker ingredients together
- Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Lay another piece of parchment on top
- Roll with a rolling pin until it is an even thickness
- Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes
- Put agar agar and water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil
- Cook until thick like yogurt
- Add this mixture and remaining cheese ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a bread pan and place it in the fridge for 30 min.
