INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower Mayo 
1/3 cup (33g) boiled cauliflower
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Braggs liquid amino acids
1 tsp arrowroot powder
1/2 medjool date
1/4 tsp onion powder

Cashew Mayo
1/3 cup (46g) raw, unsalted cashews
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Braggs liquid amino acids
1/2 medjool date
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup (59ml) water

Chipotle Mayo
1/3 cup (46g) raw, unsalted cashews
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Braggs liquid amino acids
1/2 medjool date
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup (59ml) water
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Cauliflower Mayo
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Cashew Mayo
Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Vegan Mayo using Chickpeas

1/4 Cup / 60 ml Chickpeas Juice

1/2 tsp Mustard Sauce

3 tsp soft Brown Sugar 

1/2 tsp Vinegar 

Salt 

1 Cup Sunflower Oil


Blend everything except the oil together, then add in oil bit by bit for 5 minutes.
