Crispy Ikan Bilis Anchovies

I had no idea making crispy Ikan Bilis can be so healthy and so easy with air fryer. Here is a recipe that get the Ikan Bilis washed (of debris and saltiness), no oil and 10 minutes in our air fryer at 180 C ! No mess too ! In between need to turn the Ikan Bilis every 3-5 minutes to ensure all sides are crispy ! 


Wash the Ikan Bilis to get rid of debris, heads and salt

Sieve them dry and pour on tea towel to use fan to dry them up a bit.

Air Fryer 180 C for 10 mins, turn every 3-5 minutes.
