Baked Eggplants



 

 


Ingredients :-

(A)
2 Eggplants (slice)

(B)

3 Tbsp Almond Butter (if use Tahini Butter may change the taste)

4 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (unfermented)

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Pinch Salt

1/4 Cup Water


Methods :-

 1) Preheat overn to 170 C.

2) Mix ingredints (B) in a bowl.

3) Soak Eggplants in water and dip each slide into the batter (B).

4) Place on baking paper and bake 170 C for 15-20 mins till dry or brown.
