Green Vegetable Healthy Stir Fry

 






Ingredients :-

300 gm Green Vegetables

1 Tbsp Garlic chopped

1 Tbsp Onion chopped finely

1 Tomato sliced

1/2 Cup Water

1/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Soybean Sauce

1 tsp Nutritional Yeast


Method :-

1) When the water has boiled, add in garlic, onion, stir for a few seconds, and then add in tomato.

2) Simmer for 30 seconds, then add the green vegeatbles ,stir for a few seconds and cover the pot to let it cook for 1-2 mins.

3) Add Salt and Soyabean Sauce to taste.

4) Off the fire, add oil and nutritional yeast. Mix well to serve.
