Millet Pudding & Millet Balls

 



Millet Pudding 

Ingredients :-

3 Cups Cooked Millet

1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Salt

3 Tbsp Honey

6 pcs Ripe Banana

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut


Method :-

1) Blend Cooked Millet, Coconut Milk, Salt and Honey until smooth.

2) Pour half of the blended Millet into a casserole dish, add sliced banana on top.

3) Pour the rest of the blended Millet and level it.

4) Garnish with shredded coconut. Serve Chilled.


Millet Balls

Ingredients :-

2 Cups Cooked Sticky Millet

1/2 Cup Roasted Almond chopped

1/2 Cup Molasses Sugar / Dates

1 Cup Shredded Coconut


Method :-

1) Mix Almond and molasses sugar / dates together like a paste.

2) Take 1 Tbp of cooked millet and press it slightly. Put mixture of almond paste in the middle of it.

3) Form the millet into ball shape.

4). Coat balls in shredded coconut. Ready to serve.
