Potatoes Soup





This soup is good for breaking fast. 


 Ingredients :- (for one person)

2 Potatoes 

1/2 Carrot 

1 stick Celery

I medium Onion

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Nutritional Yeast


Method :-

Boil the Potatoes, Carrot, Celery, Onion for 1 hour

Take some Potatoes, and blend with soup, add in Salt, Nutritional Yeast

Blend into smoothies
