Scalloped Potatoes

 






Ingredients :-

(A)

7 Potatoes Thinly sliced

Big Onion sliced


(B) Cheese sauce

1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Water


Method :-

1) Soak Potatoes for 1 hours, pour away water and cook until half-cooked (without adding water). If cooking straight away without soaking then need to add in water.

2) Blend B into creamy texture.

3) Pour Cheese into potatoes and cook until well mixed, transfer to baking bowl, 20




0 C 15-20 mins.
