Sweet and Sour Bean Curd

 


Ingredients :-
(A)
1/2 Pineapple
1 Big Onion
1/2 Cucumber
1 Green Capsicum
1 Red Capsicum
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

(B)
1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Soya Sauce

(C)
1 Packet Bean Curd, defrosted, washed, drained. Add 2 Tbsp Cornstarch and bake for 10 mins 200 C

Method :-
1) Heat 1 Cup of water in the wok. Add in Ingredient A. Cook for 2-3 mins.
2) Add in Ingredients B, stir evenly then add in bean curd.
3) Stir and finally add in olive oil. Ready to serve.
