- Scramble 12 eggs
- Fry diced up sausages or ground meat, add in creamcheese, when cheese is soft, add in beef or chicken broth.
- Layer bottom with slice Ham, half the eggs, half the creamcheese sauce, slices of cheese, and repeat the layers, top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven 160C for 40 mins.
