Tiny Meatballs with Tomatoes Pasta Sauce

 

500 gm Minced Beef

500 gm Minced Chicken 

Grated Large Onion or Onion Powder

Grated Garlic or Garlic Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 Tbsp Paprika Powder

1 Tbsp Nutmeg Powder

1 Tbsp Cumin Poweder

1 Tbsp Mixe Spices Powder

100 gm Dried Bread Crumbs as binder

2 Eggs as binder

2 Tbsp Cornflour as binder (if too wet)

5 Tbsp Milk or Water (more if too dry)

Note :- The bold spices are the main flavour.

The taste a bit middle-eastern with cumin powder, paprika powder and mixed species. This give a distinctive burst of flavour in the mouth when you bite each one. 



Make them really tiny bites.


Good thing with tiny bites, they cook faster and no need to turn each ball one by one, just shake the pan and let them roll around to get brown.
