 Baked Long Beans


8 Long Beans blanched

Sauce :-

1 Tbsp Tahini Sauce / Sesame Sauce

1/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce unfermented

1/4 Cup Water - use sparingly (not too much)

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds


Method :-

1. Preheat Oven 170 C

2. Drop Long beans into boiling water for 20 seconds to blanch them so that they can bend easily.

3. Put the sauce together, 1/4 Cup water is the maximum, may use less.

4. Tie the long bean into knot and dip inside the sauce.

5. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds

6. Bake for 15-20 mins until the sauce is dry. Do not over-bake as it will be chewy.
