Chia Pudding

 Chia Pudding 







Ingredients

1 Cup Chia Seeds

1 Litre Non-Diary Milk

1/2 Vanilla Beans scrapped (optional)


Method

1. Mix Chia Seeds with 1 Cup of milk.

2. Add rest of the milk gradually, stirring constantly until all milk is absorbed. 

3. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.

4. Serve with fresh fruit. 


Variations :

Add mashed / chopped bananas, mangoes, or berries in the mixture and let it sit overnight.

Add Rolled Oats and soak overnight.
