 Dates Butter



Ingredients :-

2 Cups Pitted Kurma Dates (without sugar)

1 1/2 Cup Water

Optional to add Pandan Leaves

Method :-

1. Place both ingredients into blender and blend.

2. Cook in non-stick pan, stirring constantly until its a fmooth and thickened like jam / paste.

3. Let it cool, store in fridge. To serve on bread or waffle. 

Note :-

Keep in air-tight container in fridge for a week. 

If keep frozen, after defrost, need to cook it.

The balance of paste can be used to cook red bean and green bean soup.
