 Gluten Free Pancake






Ingredients:-

1 Cup Buckwheat washed

1/2 Cup Millet washed 

1 1/2 Cup Water

1/4 tsp Salt

Method:-

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend till smooth.

2. Pout batter into non-stick pan. Small bite-size is easier to flip and won't break. 

3. Serve with Date Butter or Jam or eat as it is.
