Hummus



Ingredients

2 Cup Chickpea Cooked

2 Tbsp Tahini

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

3 Garlic Cloves

2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 tsp Salt (to taste)

1 tsp Cumin Powder

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (to taste)

2 Tbsp Water (as needed)

1 Bunch Caoriander Leaves (optional)


Method

Blend all the ingredients in food processor.

As a dip for cracker or vegetable sticks.

Excellent spread for pita bread, wraps or snadwiches.
