Millet Pudding

 Millet Pudding













Ingredient 

4 Cups Millets cooked

2 Cup Coconut Milk

1/2 tsp Salt

4 Tbsp Honey

2 Pcs Mango diced

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut


Note :- Mango can be replaced by banana. 

Method 

1. Blend the cooked millet, coconut milk, salt and honey until smooth.

2. Pour half of the blended millet into a casserole dish, add sliced mango on top.

3. Pou the rest of the blended millet and level it. 

4. Garnish with shredded coconut. Serve Chilled.
