 Potato Carrot Cheese



Ingredients :-

2 Cups Cooked Potato (400 gm)

1 Cup Cooked Carrot (200 gm)

1/2 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast

2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Grape Seed Oil / Olive Oil

Note : From ABC Soup, can use the Potato and Carrot.

This portion can serve 20 pax as salad dressing.

Keep in freezer upto 1 month. Does not keep well in fridge.


Method :-

1. Steam Potatoes and Carrots (diced) for 15 mins

2. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until fine and ready to serve.
