 Pumpkin Fritters











Ingredients:-

3 Cups Pumpkin shredded

2 Onions

5 Cloves Garlic

1 Cup Gram / Besan / Chickpea Flour

1 bunch Fresh herbs - Green onion and Chinese Persley or Corainder and Persley

1 Tbsp Heap of Rice Flour

3/4 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Coriander Powder

1 Tbsp Heap of Nutritional Yeast

Drizzle of Olive oil 

Method:-

1. Mix in all the ingredients.

2. Spoon the batter and put onto baking sheet 

3. Bake in oven 190 C for 10 mins. 


Notes :-

May use Zuchinni, but need to squeeze out water and add in more cornstarch

Gram acts like eggs and a good binder. If do not have Gram, use Chickpea Flour.
