 Salted Seaweed Rice Cake







Ingredient

3 Cups Brown Rice (cooked)

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Bragg's Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

1/2 Cup Almond Chopped

1 Pc Seaweed


Method

1. Blend cooked brown rice with soy sauce, salt and sesame oil.

2. Add in chopped almond and seaweed.

3. Press and level the mixture on an oiled baking tray and bake for 25 mins at 180 C.
