Walnut Meat Pattie
Ingredients :-
5 pieces Firm Tofu (smaller firmer type)
1/4 Cup Walnut chopped
2 Tbsp TVP - rehydrated & squeezed out water & chopped (Replace with Rolled Oat soak in hot water but not too long)
4 Tbsp Atta Flour / Wholemeal Flour
2 Onoin (any type) / 1/2 Cup
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
This recipe if large Patties, make about 9 pieces.
Method :-
1. Preheat Oven 170 C
2. Put all the ingredients together and squeeze using hands. Not to mash the tofu too much.
3. Shape into patties and bake 20 mins in the oven. Each patty not too thin, about 6mm thick.
