  1. Cold water hydration (drink 16-20 oz of cold or room temp water first thing in the morning) + 10 mins of light movement.
  2. Fermented foods (plain yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, miso) (1-2 servings per day) (live, not pasteurized). Pair with prebioti

  3. Daily Metabolic walking - 30-45 mins of continuous walking. 5 days per week. Ideally before your first meal. Also ideally in the sunshine.
  4. Sulforaphane (cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, broccoli sprouts, cauliflower). Lightly steam. Do not overcook.Pair with raw mustard seed powder or raw radish.
  5. Sleep: 7-1/2 - 8 hours per night. Needed for melatonin production. Sleep min 6 hours by implementing protocol 8:30pm have a berry drink, 20 C room temperature, sleep by 10 pm in total darkness.
