Chilled Dense Chocolate Cake

 

【食材】生可可粉30克、雞蛋2個、泡打粉3克、糖/零卡糖10克、黑巧

【步驟】

1️⃣生可可粉+雞蛋+泡打粉+糖/零卡糖攪拌均勻,倒入模具,放入烤箱,170度烤20分鐘左右

2️⃣烤好的布朗尼上放兩塊黑巧,再放入烤箱100度烤2分鐘,讓黑巧融化

3️⃣將融化的黑巧抹開,再撒上生可可粉,放入冰箱至黑巧凝固


【Ingredients】

30g raw cocoa powder

2 eggs 

3g baking powder 

10g sugar/zero-calorie sugar, 

dark chocolate


【Steps】

1️⃣ Mix raw cocoa powder, eggs, baking powder, and sugar/zero-calorie sugar until smooth. Pour into a mold and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.

2️⃣ Place two pieces of dark chocolate on top of the baked brownies, then bake at 100°C for 2 minutes to melt the chocolate.

3️⃣ Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly, sprinkle with raw cocoa powder, and refrigerate until the dark chocolate sets.
