Cabbage Casserole
This recipe is adapted from Southern Cabbage Casserole :-
1) Cut up the cabbages in squares, line at bottom of casserole
2) Mix Sour cream or Milk Kefir, Mayo with Mushroom or Chicken Soup in a can and cheese
3) Add in ham, bacon, vegetarian burgers etc whatever you have
4) Add in different cheese whichever available - I used cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Tasty cheese - any combintation.
5) Season with salt, pepper, persley
6) Crack up the crackers and pour cheese over also
Bake for 45 mins 180 C
Note :- Be careful not to burn the crackers, need to cover with aluminium foil.
