The 3N Cooking Stations at Kampung Golong

CHALLENGE - 3N - No Electricty! No Water! No Kitchen ! 

Sabah Off-grid Trip in March 2024

Cooking for 17 persons at Kampung Golong, Paitan, Beluran 4 meals.

Cooking Resources : 

One Gas Stove inside the Hut (but lonely place)

One tiny portable stove with 2 Butane Gas Botols

Managed to cook up many dishes with Pre-cooked frozen meals and cooking under the tent. 

Cooked at midnight before departure at 7am from KK.

Bought ice at final supermarket before entering 2 hours gravel road.

Special was the Welcome Drink of 7Up with Lime, Pandan and Serai.

Pre-cooked Bolognese and frozen and brought in cooler box with ice 

and Tea Eggs (cooked the night before) for dinner. 

Together with Kota Marudu freshly bought Sweet corns. 

Hong Kong Style Macaroni with Denmark Premium Luncheon Ham.

The Ice still fresh for second round of icy "Welcome Drink" with Sprite!

The ice all melted, time for final cooking. 

Chicken Rice cooked in a big Pot, 

Curry Chicken Meat (marinated and frozen) 

and Fried Mixed Vegetables Fritters. 

The Verdict : 

Mission Accomplished ! All well-fed! All Praise to God! 

No Mee-In-A-Cup was consumed during the trip! All donated away to the local folks! 😆
