2020 Breakfast Packed Lunch Ideas

2020 Bel is going to be 15 years old this year and she is in Form 3. She just has a realisation that in 5 years' time, she will be 20. Interesting, actually I have been counting down for her to be completing her Form 5 and then her Pre-U studies. To top it up, she wants it low sugar, low carb and high protein to maintain healthy lifestyle. I would think in order to maintain healthy lifestyle, the following should be in place :-

1) Cooking with raw materials instead of processed food is key. Where possible, cook from raw form and be it simple like boiled eggs.
2) Reduce usage of refined sugar, white rice and have more honey, brown rice, brasmadi rice etc.
3) Increase more fruits, vegetable and fibre intake through juicing and salad.
4) Have more nuts and legume in the diet and salad

Breakfast Ideas :-

  1. Granola with yoghart or milk or both
  2. Muesli (raw oats soaked with milk, nuts, apple slices, blueberries / pineapples)
  3. Boiled Eggs with Toast
  4. Baked Zucchini Slides (Bacon, Ham, Onion, Mushroom, Spinach, Eggs, Milk, Cheese)
  5. Minced Chicken Omelette (Minced Chicken, Ham, Onion, Tomatoes) - Roll Machine or pan fried
  6. American Breakfast (Fried Eggs, Ham or Bacon, Tomatoes with Toast)
  7. Pizza on thin Wrap (up to imagination)
  8. Cheese with Biscuits (not filling though)
  9. Oat or Brown Rice Porridge 
  10. Cornflakes with milk
Packed Lunch Ideas :-
  1. Roasted Chicken with rice and Salad
  2. Baked Zucchini Slides with Salad
  3. Boiled Eggs
  4. Burger with Bun or Lettuce
