Avocado Mouse Cake

 

Finally found the Avocado Mouse Cake which I think less fattening then cheesecake.

I made this recipe, its more like Avocado ice cream cake. Too soft, not really mousse like.

-Ingredients:

  2 eggs

  15ml oil

  20ml milk

  Few drops of vanilla extract

  25g flour

  25g cornstarch

  5g matcha powder

  A pinch of salt

  45g sugar

  300g avocado

  100g sugar

  100ml coconut milk

  250ml cream

  10g gelatin+ 60ml water to dissolve

  15g sugar

  150ml water

  5g gelatin+ 15ml water to dissolve

  Avocado slices to decorate
